10/12/08 Kira still very content just having a nap on her back!!!
11/12/08 Sleeping very happily and now growing by the day
12/12/08 A very tired looking Kira, now very large but still content. Her temperature has dropped this morning so hopefully not long now for my precious girl.
16/12/08 My precious Kira had her puppies this morning. She has 6 girls and 3 boys. They are all very good weights ranging from 14oz to 1.1 lb. It was a long tiring night with the first puppy born at 3.24am and the last being born at 9.40am. STOP PRESS
23/12/08 Kira and her puppies continue to thrive, Puppies now have lovely black noses and black pads, they are begining to feed every hour and a half now. Next week puppies will start on Pedigree Puppy Porridge to help Kira as they are a large litter.

Kira being a fantastic mum as always, all puppies have been reserved and have lovely homes awaiting.

Puppies are now two weeks old today. Kira continue's to look after her puppies with the love and care they need, she is such a busy mother forever washing and cleaning them.
Puppies now have their eye's open (Day 10) and have been up on their feet and walking around the whelping box since day 13.
All puppies have today been wormed with Drontal Wormer.
All puppies today had their first taste of Pedigree Puppy Porridge (well their feet and face's did !!!!) I am sure they will learn over the next few days. This time next week they will have their first taste of solid food. I will start the first day as always with scrambled egg with goat's milk and the following day they will start on a complete puppy food.
6/1/09 All puppies continue to thrive, all are putting on excellent amounts of weight, some as much as 7oz a day. This is them feeding on their last meal of puppy porridge, as of now they will have scrambled egg tonight with goats milk and tomorrow James Wellbeloved (Turkey and Rice)

13/1/09 All puppies are very well, they are now on four feeds a day and are still feeding from Kira as well. Puppies are now playing with each other and responding to voices

One of the beautiful girls, Puppies are meeting their new families this weekend.
20/1/09 They have now all met their new families. They all have very carefully selected homes and everybody is lovely and I am sure all puppies are going to have the lives they so deserve. Below are two of the girl puppies. All puppies now have their kennel names The girls are:

27/1/09 They are beautiful puppies and I will be repeating this mating next year and I will be keeping one for myself and, of course, for Kelly, my sister-in-law.
Puppies are having their 1st vaccination tomorrow and on Thursday they will be having their ear tattoo's. Bless them!!!
This weekend six of the puppies will be leaving for their new homes, something I don't like to think about as I always cry.
Kira, as always, is still being a supermum and, as you can see, Kira and Alfie have produced some stunning puppies.
3/2/09 What a sad week this week, as half of the puppies have now left to start their new lives with their new families, I wish them all the happiness in the world and i know they will have wonderful lives. Monty leaving with David and Angela for his new home in Seaford

All my beautiful puppies have now left for their new homes over this weekend 7-8 Feb 2009. I I wish the families all the happiness in the world and I hope they bring as much joy to their new owners as they did with me in the short 7-8 weeks I had them. They were stunning puppies and as for Kira, my supermum, she can now go for her daily walks which I know she will love. Love to all my babies Lisa x x x
