	14.1.11 Here are 2 picture's of Kira at 8 weeks in pup..

	22.1.11 Kira had her puppies today, she has 5 dogs and 1 bitch, they were born between 5.45am and 11.45am sadly we lost 1 dog after this when he became stuck, Kira then had to have an emercency c-section to remove the last bitch puppy that had died inside her at this time my worry was for my special Kira and I just hoped and prayed she was going to be fine, we believe the c-section was due to Kira having such large puppies. Kira was at the vets for an hour when I had a call from Warwick my vet to say Kira was fine but sadly the little girl hadn't made it.
	Kira was without her puppies for an hour and a half, when we went to collect her she was very eager to get home to her puppies, when we arrived home she went straight to her babies to wash and feed them she has settled down very well and is being a fantastic mum as always.
	A very happy and content puppy, I must thank Warwick my vet for his dedication and care for Kira and also my friend Chris who was with me night and day. See you all next week for the next diary up-date Lisa, Kira and puppies xxxx.
	29.1.11 Well that's the 1st week done!!! Puppies and Kira are doing really well, puppies are feeding very well and putting on so much weight as for Kira you would not think she had a c-section a week ago since last Sunday she has been up and about by Wednesday I looked at her scar and you could hardly see it.
	As you can see puppies now have black nose's their pads are also black now to, their eyes are still shut and their ears are still sealed, but by next weekend their eyes will be open and they will begin to start hearing, so more milestone's to acheive in the coming week.

	Another boy pup, a week today puppies will be wormed for the first time, they should also be up on their feet so a big change in the coming week, see you all next week Lisa Kira and puppies xxx
	5.2.11 Wow what a week, now there are 2 litters to look after, well as you can see a big difference this week with the puppies, their eyes are now open and their ear canals are opening to they have limited sight and hearing at the moment but this will change very shortly and when they see or hear you coming they want attention!!
	Puppies have been wormed today, I dont like worming especially the 1st wormer as they could have a reaction, they were wormed at 6.15am this morning, I thought I would get it out of the way, puppies will start on pedigree puppy porridge tomorrow, I am sure they will be ready they are massive, when I got into the whelping box this morning one of the boys came upto me wagging his tail I love this moment when they start to be interest in someone other than their mummy.
	I thought I would show you the difference between a 2 week old puppy and a 4 day old in this case its about 3lb as Kira's puppies are enormous.
	What a stunner!!!! Kira is very well and of course is being a perfect mummy as always. This time next week the puppies will have their 1st ever meal it will be scrammbled eggs and goats milk something all puppies love, the next day they will start on Beta puppy. 	13.2.11 Oops a day late this week!!! Well as you can see we enjoy our food, this is puppy porridge and the 1st day we are allowed 2 meals, later for tea we will have our Beta Puppy we had some yesterday and licked the bowls clean our mum says she has never seen puppies eat there 1st meal so quickly!!!
	Then for the milk bar
	Hello I am a boy, We are doing really well and our mum's are really pleased with our progress, we are a very forward litter and are already climbing out of our whelping box when our mum sleeps on the settee so we can get to our other mum the milk bar!! As mummy sleeps next to our whelping box we can smell her and then we need to fill our ever growing tummys.
	This is Rosie and she is the only girl in our litter.
	Another lovely chappy, well next weekend we are all going to be meeting our new mummy's and daddy's and they have the horrible task of choosing us, our mum says we are all adorable and glad she's not got to choose. Puppies are all thrieving and growing by the day they are so big, but then they have the best mum ever, Kira is never away from her puppies and is enjoying every minute of motherhood as always, the puppies have started on 2 meals a day as from today and thoughout the week the food will be increased to 4 meals a day by next weekend, this is going to take pressure off of Kira although I know already its going to be hard on her as she needs to be seperated from her puppies as the week goes on and the puppies increase their meals, she will spend time with her puppies after they have eaten rather than all day. 	20.2.11 Puppies are now 4 weeks old, they have had a busy weekend with all their visitors and I am pleased to say everybody loved the puppies and we are really pleased with all their lovely new homes they will be going to in 3 weeks time. This is Rosie the only girl pup in the litter.
	Puppies have now been moved from their whelping box into their puppy room where they will have much more freedom and will experience the outside world next week, puppies enjoying their Beta Puppy Complete.
	One of my stunning boys, puppies were wormed again yesterday at 4 weeks, Kira continue's to be the perfect mummy and still spends most of her day with her babies.
	Another big chap, all the boys are now weighing nearly 7lb in weight very good for 4 weeks of age.

	26.2.11 Puppies are all doing really well, they are enjoying their puppy room and the freedom of going outside to play.
	Kira still continues to feed her puppies after they have had their meals, she loves to go in with her babies to sort them all out, clean them all and play with them.
	Puppies have now all been registered with the Kennel Club and all have their Pedigree names this litter is the J litter, I will post them on here when they are all matched to their lovely new owners.
	Puppies are enjoying Beta Puppy, Nature Diet, Scrammbled eggs and Tripe at the moment the eggs seem to be their favorite something they can not eat everyday as this dry's their skin out and gives them flakey skin. I am hoping the weather will be nice this week as I would like to get the puppies out on the grass for a play, all the puppies are stunning and I am really sad this is Kira's last litter and I know she will miss having puppies as they are her life, on the plus side she will have plenty of puppies to play with in the future, hopefully Maddie's when she will become a grandmother later in the year. 	11 - 12.3.11 Kira's final litter left for their new homes this weekend with their lovely new families, here are their kennel names and the names they will be called by: Pelhamdreams Jacob's Creek - Samson, Samson is living in Buckinghamshire with the Marshall Family.
	Pelhamdreams Jump the Gun - Bentley, Bentley is now living in Hailsham with David and Felicity Marsden.
	Pelhamdreams Jumping Jack - Oscar, Oscar in now living in Bexley- heath with Richard and Jill Batchelor.
	Pelhamdreams Jackson Ville - Jackson is staying in Eastbourne with the Knight family.
	Pelhamdreams Jump the Cue - Casper, Casper in now living in Margate with Fred and Jill Brackenborough.
	Pelhamdreams Joyful Rose - Rosie, Rosie is now living in Bristol with Kevin and Jane Baber. Kira has had some lovely puppies in her litters she has been an excellent mummy to all her puppies, Kira has now retired from breeding and will be helping me look after her daughter Maddie, who I am hoping to breed from later in the year,Maddie has been eye tested clear and has a fantastic hip score of 2-2. Kira you are a very special girl to all xxx
